Job Title:             Project Sales Administrator


The Onni Group is a leading real estate firm based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada with offices in Toronto, Los Angeles and Chicago. This diverse company is vertically integrated with in-house departments responsible for execution of the company’s activities including property development, construction and management as well as leasing, sales and marketing.


There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the sales and marketing team in Metro Vancouver as a Project Sales Administrator. We have opportunities in Burnaby, West Vancouver, and Richmond. The ideal candidate will be a diligent individual with a high attention to detail and is motivated by challenge and a fast paced environment.


Job Description:

  • Work onsite with a project sales team
  • Greet and present project information to the public
  • Responsible for daily sales centre operations
  • Responsible for contract and inventory management
  • Provide market feedback to Head Office
  • Participate in weekly sales and marketing sessions
  • Assist Sales & Marketing in property sales launches

Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Completion of Grade 12
  • Post-Secondary education is an asset.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
  • Background in real estate an asset
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Problem solving skills
  • High learning aptitude
  • Self-starter
  • Works well in team and individual based environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
