Title:  Housekeeper


825 South Hill is a premier luxury apartment tower located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.  This exciting new development is a 53-story building with 497 apartments, all of which feature high-end finishes and a unique amenity package. 

We are seeking to add a Housekeeper to maintain the common areas of the property. This position is also responsible for functioning in a support role to the maintenance team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain the common areas neat and tidy, which include but is not limited to the driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, and any public areas
  • Communicates with supervisor regarding the status of work and any potential issues
  • Performs resident in-unit cleaning as needed
  • Performs in-unit turn cleans in preparation for new resident move-ins and move-outs.
  • Ensures maintenance cleaning supplies are in stock and inform supervisor when reordering is necessary
  • Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired
  • Provides excellent customer service to prospective residents and current tenants, and promotes a high-quality living experience for all residents
  • General building preventive maintenance tasks
  • Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired
  • Communicates with supervisor regarding the overall maintenance cleaning function of the property.
  • Common area clean-up to include, cleaning around pool/hot tub and outside grilling area, laundry rooms, public restrooms, trash bins, first floor main lobby, 3rd and 4th floor amenity rooms, and all interior hallways
  • Participates in Company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention
  • Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic reading skills
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures
