There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the Sales and Marketing Team in Vancouver as a Social Media Specialist. Working closely with senior sales and marketing staff, this individual will be directly involved in the overall Onni Social Media presence for several of Onni’s residential developments. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience in a marketing-related field and is creative, but organized. We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to help us engage with our social audiences and continue growing our vibrant community. You will actively pursue new opportunities to connect with customers and amplify our brand.


  • Execute established Social Media Strategy, and participate in ongoing strategic development
  • Content management - copywriting and content curation, scheduling for Level, Onni master brands across all channels (social media, blogs, e-blasts)
  • Asset Management: maintain responsive, searchable database of brand imagery, UGC, partner & amplifier content
  • Community Management: daily responsive engagement with social communities, responding to all inquiries, reacting to all engagements, weekly organic outreach to aligned competitor, partner, amplifier and other relevant communities
  • Automation Management: research, recommendation and implementation, day-to-day management of automation solutions with the purpose community growth
  • Amplifier Program execution: support in amplifier activation planning, crafting of visual briefs, maintaining lists, day-to-day comms with active amplifiers, metrics collection
  • Asset Development support: planning, contracting, supporting creative teams on shoot location
  • Reporting - crafting reports on Social Media channel and content performance, audience behaviours
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis 
  • Digital ad buying support


  • 2+ years experience in managing social media channels, in-house or agency
  • Graduate from formal social media / digital comms program
  • Experience with scheduling solutions (Hootsuite, Planoly, Later etc)
  • Experience & familiarity with reporting and analytics solutions (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Mention, RivalIQ, Native Platform)
  • Experience in leading local and national campaigns focused on promotion, driving meaningful engagement and conversions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Passionate and have an intimate knowledge of the current landscape and trends in social media
  • Experience with active influencer and ambassador campaigns, including discovery, outreach and meaningful engagement, as well as management of contracting
  • Superior communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management, partners and clients
  • Capable of exercising good judgment with quick response time
  • Collaborative team player 
  • Possess strong work and business ethics; reliability, organization, dependability 
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Demonstrate initiative, integrity, and professionalism
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise tact when dealing with sensitive issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Real estate, professional services, or hospitality industry a plus
  • Design experience an asset
