House Person

POSITION:                     House Person


  To maintain all public areas & back of the house in a clean and orderly condition according to

  LEVEL’s standards, ensuring that a high level of cleanliness is maintained.

  Responsible to Housekeeping Manager, co-workers, and yourself.



  1. Correct and safe use of all cleaning equipment, products, and materials.
  2. Being helpful, cordial and courteous to guests and co-workers at all times.
  3. Following up on special cleaning assignments given by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
  4. Responding, prioritizing and acting on all calls.
  5. Immediately reporting any safety hazards, maintenance defects, or other problems to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  6. Performing janitorial duties, e.g. office cleaning, carpet shampooing and window cleaning.
  7. Moving of furniture, delivery and pick up of cribs, rollways, guest requested items etc
  8. Promptly reporting and handing in Lost and Found items to the Housekeeping Manager, Or Operations Manager
  9. Being security conscious on guest floors and in the back of the house areas.
  10. Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene, grooming and attire.
  11.  Abiding by the LEVEL’s Vision Statement and Mission Statement and core values.
  12.  Respecting environmental guidelines
  13. Maintain and separate Linen into appropriate Bins for transportation to Launder company

Any other reasonable duties as may be assigned.
